(1) A person who possesses trade secrets, may file a request, with the court, for prohibition or prevention of infringement against any person who infringes or is likely to infringe trade secrets, if business interests of the person who possesses the trade secrets is damaged or is likely to be damaged by such infringement.
(2) If a person who possesses trade secrets, files a request under paragraph (1), the person may request the destruction of goods constituting the infringement, the removal of facilities used in the infringement, or any other measures necessary to prohibit or prevent the infringement.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
