(1) Article 39 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the amendment of procedures for filing an application to register the renewal of the duration of trademark rights.
(2) Articles 37, 38 (1), 39 through 43, 46, 47, 50, 53, 55-2, 57 through 68, 68-2, 69, 70, 128, subparagraphs 1 through 5 and 7 of Article 134, and Article144, and Articles 143, 299, and 367 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to an application for registration of additional designated goods. <Amended on Oct. 19, 2021; Feb. 3, 2022>
