(1) Any person who breaches an order to maintain confidentiality in the Republic of Korea or in a foreign country without good cause shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
(2) With respect to a crime under paragraph (1), no case may be prosecuted without a criminal complaint filed by the person who has requested to issue the order to maintain confidentiality.
