Trademark Act — Article 203 (Special Cases of Relinquishment of Trademark Rights)

(1) The provisions of Article 102 (1) shall not apply to internationally registered basic trademark rights.

(2) Where Article 103 applies in relation to internationally registered basic trademark rights, "trademark rights or exclusive license" shall be construed as "exclusive license".
