Trademark Act — Article 190 (Special Cases of Notification of Grounds for Rejection)

(1) Where the former part of Article 55 (1) applies in relation to an application for international trademark registration, "notify an applicant" shall be construed as "notify an applicant through the International Secretariat".

(2) Article 55 (3) shall not apply to an application for international trademark registration.
