(1) The holder of an international registration may renew the duration of an international registration every 10 years.
(2) Any person who intends to renew the duration of an international registration pursuant to paragraph (1) may file an application for renewal of the duration of the international registration with the Commissioner of the Korean International Property Office, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
