(1) The State or a local government may make and distribute a sign indicating a motor vehicle driven by a senior driver (hereinafter referred to as "senior driver sign") in order to ensure the safe driving of senior citizens and to prevent traffic accidents, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
(2) A senior driver may drive a motor vehicle with a senior driver sign attached to it so that other motor vehicle drivers can easily recognize it.[This Article Added on Jan. 3, 2023]
