Road Traffic Act — Article 61 (Marking of exclusive lane on expressway)

도로교통법 제61조

(1) The Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency may, when it is especially necessary to ensure the smooth flow of traffic of the expressway, mark an exclusive lane on the expressway.

(2) Article 15 (2) and (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the types, etc. of exclusive lanes of the expressway referred to in paragraph (1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 8, 2011]
