(1) When intending to turn to the right or the left, cross a road, make a U-turn, drive slowly, stop, go in reverse, change course while traveling in the same direction, or enter or leave a roundabout, the driver of any motor vehicle shall use hand signals, direction indicator signals, or lights until he or she completely finishes such acts. <Amended on Jan. 11, 2022>
