When a driver of any motor vehicle intends to stop or park a motor vehicle in a sloping place (including cases of stopping or parking in sloping places other than roads), he or she shall take measures to prevent the occurrence of any slipping accident, such as installing wheel chocks or turning the steering system toward the edge of the road, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Mar. 27, 2018]
