Each driver of a motor vehicle shall be prohibited from parking a motor vehicle in any of the following places: <Amended on Dec. 22, 2020>
1. The inside of a tunnel and on a bridge;
2. A place located within five meters from any of the following:(a) Where any road works are under way, both edges of the working area;(b) A place designated by the commissioner of a City/Do police agency at the request of the head of the competent fire headquarters, among buildings to which the place of business of any publicly used establishment under the Special Act on the Safety Control of Publicly Used Establishments belongs;
3. A place designated by the commissioner of a City/Do police agency as being necessary to prevent danger on the road and ensure safe and smooth flow of traffic.[This Article Wholly Amended on Feb. 9, 2018]
