Where deemed necessary to protect pedestrians on pedestrian priority roads, the Commissioner of a relevant City/Do police agency or the chief of a relevant police station may restrict the speed of motor vehicles and horses to less than 20 kilometers per hour.[This Article Added on Jan. 11, 2022]
