Road Traffic Act — Article 25-2 (Means of passing through roundabouts)

도로교통법 제25조의2

(1) The driver of any motor vehicle shall drive in a counterclockwise direction at a roundabout.

(2) The driver of any motor vehicle shall, when he or she intends to enter a roundabout, drive slowly or temporarily stop, and when another motor vehicle is already on it, give way to the motor vehicle.

(3) Where the driver of any motor vehicle sends hand signals, direction indicator signals, or lights to make a right- or left-hand turn pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) to pass through a roundabout, the driver of any motor vehicle following the motor vehicle sending the signal shall not impede the passage of the latter.[This Article Added on Jan. 11, 2022]
