The superintendent or vice superintendent of any specialized driving school, when verifying the details of skill examinations, and lecture participation, skill examiners, when conducting skill examinations and lecturers, when verifying lecture participation, respectively, shall be deemed public officials in the application of the Criminal Act and the penalty provisions of other Acts.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 8, 2011]
