Personal Information Protection Act — Article 7-4 (Term of office of Commissioners)

개인정보 보호법 제7조의4

(1) A Commissioner shall serve for a term of three years but may be consecutively appointed one time.

(2) When the post of a Commissioner becomes vacant, a new Commissioner shall be named or appointed without delay. In such cases, the term of the named or appointed succeeding Commissioner shall be newly commenced.[This Article Added on Feb. 4, 2020]
