Personal Information Protection Act — Article 6 (Relationship to other statutes)

개인정보 보호법 제6조

(1) Except as otherwise provided in other statutes, the processing and protection of personal information shall be governed by this Act. <Amended on Mar. 24, 2014; Mar. 14, 2023>

(2) An enactment of other statutes or amendment to existing statutes regarding the processing and protection of personal information shall be made fit for the purpose and principles of this Act. <Added on Mar. 14, 2023>
