(1) In processing personal information, a personal information controller shall limit the scope of persons who process the personal information under his or her command and supervision, such as an executive officer or employee, temporary agency worker, and part-time worker (hereinafter referred to as "personal information handler") to a minimum extent and shall appropriately manage and supervise such personal information handlers. <Amended on Mar. 14, 2023>
(2) A personal information controller shall provide personal information handlers with necessary educational programs on a regular basis in order to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.
