Patent Act — Article 80 (Payment of Patent Fees by Interested Party)

(1) Any interested party may pay patent fees, regardless of the wishes of a person liable to pay the patent fees.

(2) An interested party who has paid patent fees under paragraph (1) may claim the reimbursement of the expenses against the person liable to pay the patent fees up to the extent that the person liable to pay the patent fees currently gain benefits through the patent.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
