Patent Act — Article 57 (Examinations by Examiners)

특허법 제57조

(1) The Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office shall authorize examiners to examine patent applications.

(2) Matters necessary for qualification as examiners shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
