(1) Any product created by an infringement prescribed under Article 225 (1) or any product obtained by such infringement shall be confiscated or ordered to be delivered to the injured party upon the injured party’s request.
(2) If the injured party accepts the product delivered under paragraph (1), he or she may claim damages only for the portion exceeding the value of the product.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
