Patent Act — Article 215-2 (Special Provisions concerning Registration of Patent Applications with at Least Two Claims)

(1) When a person who has received a decision on the grant of a patent for a patent application with at least two claims pays registration fees, he or she may relinquish any of the claims individually.

(2) Matters necessary for relinquishing claims under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
