Patent Act — Article 198 (Official Fees)

(1) A person who intends to file an international application shall pay official fees therefor.

(2) Official fees referred to in paragraph (1), the method and period for payment thereof, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
