(1) Upon receipt of legal proceedings filed under Article 186 (1) or an appeal under Article 186 (8), the court shall notify the President of the Korean Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board of the details thereof without delay.
(2) When the legal proceedings filed under the proviso of Article 187 are completed, the court shall forward a certified copy of the written judgment rendered by the court at each instance in the case to the President of the Korean Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board without delay.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
