Patent Act — Article 145 (Presiding Judges)

(1) The President of the Korean Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board shall appoint one of the administrative patent judges designated under Article 144 (1) as the presiding judge.

(2) The presiding judge shall preside over all matters relating to the case on trial.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
