Patent Act — Article 132-8 (Methods of Hearings)

(1) Hearings on a petition for revoking a patent shall be conducted in writing.

(2) If a ground to discontinue or suspend proceedings for a petition for patent revocation is applicable to any of co-patentees of a jointly owned patent, the ground shall be enforceable to all the co-patentees.[This Article Newly Inserted on Feb. 29, 2016]
