Where an appeal for a trial is filed against adjudication in accordance with the Administrative Appeals Act or legal proceedings seeking the revocation of adjudication are filed in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Act, the consideration determined by the adjudication shall not be a ground for the appeal.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
