A party obliged to pay consideration under Article 110 (2) 2 shall pay it into the competent court in any of the following cases:
1. Where the party entitled to the consideration refuses, or is unable, to receive it;
2. Where legal proceedings have been filed with respect to the consideration under Article 190 (1);
3. Where the relevant patent or exclusive license is the subject-matter of a pledge right: Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply where the pledgee consents to payment.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
