(1) Where it is unclear whether a person has acquired or is possessing the nationality of the Republic of Korea, the Minister of Justice may determine such fact after screening.
(2) Procedures for screening and determination under paragraph (1) and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 14, 2008]
