Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act — Article 96 (Filing objections)

독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제96조

(1) A person who is dissatisfied with a disposition under this Act may file an objection stating the grounds therefor to the Fair Trade Commission within 30 days after the date of receipt of the notice of the disposition.

(2) The Fair Trade Commission shall render a decision on the objection raised pursuant to paragraph (1) within 60 days; provided, if it is impossible to render a decision within such period in extenuating circumstances, the period may be extended by up to 30 days.
