(1) In order to efficiently conduct affairs referred to in Articles 43-2 through 43-4, the Minister of Employment and Labor may entrust part of his or her duties to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service under Article 10 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service") or a research institute, corporation, or organization with expertise, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
(2) The executive officers and employees of the institution entrusted under paragraph (1) shall be deemed public officials for purposes of applying Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act.[This Article Newly Inserted on Oct. 22, 2024][Enforcement Date: Oct. 23, 2025] Article 43-5
