(1) When a prosecutor makes a non-prosecution disposition against a suspect in custody to whom a written order of deportation has been issued, the prosecutor shall surrender the suspect to an immigration control official upon his or her release.
(2) If a written order of deportation is issued to an alien notified to the head of a Regional Immigration Service under Article 84(2), the head of a prison, juvenile prison, house of detention or its branch, protective custody office, medical treatment and custody office, or juvenile reformatory shall surrender the alien to an immigration control official upon his or her release from such a facility. <Amended on Mar. 18, 2014>[This Article Wholly Amended on May 14, 2010]
