Immigration Act — Article 81-2 (Posting of immigration control officials)

The Minister of Justice may post immigration control officials in overseas diplomatic missions, etc. to perform the following duties:

1. Issuance of visas under Article 7(1);

2. Issuance of alien entry permits under Article 7(4);

3. Collection of necessary information on aliens’ entry into the Republic of Korea and liaison duties.[This Article Wholly Amended on May 14, 2010]
