(1) A person who intends to enter a ship, etc. moored at a port of entry and departure or any place, other than a port of entry and departure, shall obtain permission to embark from the head of the competent Regional Immigration Service; provided, this shall not apply to the crew and passengers of the ship, etc. or any person permitted to enter the ship, etc. pursuant to other statutes. <Amended on Mar. 18, 2014>
(2) Paragraph (1) shall also apply where any person, other than immigration control officials, intends to enter a place of entry and departure inspections.[This Article Wholly Amended on May 14, 2010]
