(1) Article 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis to forged or counterfeited passports or seafarers’ identity documents of aliens. <Amended on Dec. 30, 2014>
(2) If an immigration control official finds the passport or seafarers’ identity document of an immigration offender who is currently under investigation for a violation of this Act, and subject to deportation under Article 46, he or she may withdraw and take custody thereof.[This Article Wholly Amended on May 14, 2010][Moved from Article 12-3 <May 14, 2010>]
