(1) An immigration offender shall pay the penalty within 15 days from receipt of a written notice. <Amended on Mar. 29, 2016>
(2) If an immigration offender fails to pay the penalty within the period referred to in paragraph (1), the head of a Regional Immigration Service shall bring an accusation against the immigration offender; provided, this shall not apply where the immigration offender pays it prior to the accusation. <Amended on Mar. 18, 2014>
(3) Notwithstanding the main clause of paragraph (2), if a written order of deportation is issued to an immigration offender, no accusation shall be brought against the immigration offender.[This Article Wholly Amended on May 14, 2010]
