In cases where an auction has been held on the leased house as referred to in the Civil Execution Act, the right of lease shall become extinct by a knock-down of the leased house; provided, this shall not apply to the right of lease possessing the opposing power for which the entire amount of deposit is not repaid.[This Article Wholly Amended on Mar. 21, 2008]
