Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Creation of a Foundation for Trust — Article 41 (Legal fiction as public officials for purposes of applying penalty provisions)

A member of the Committee who is not a public official is deemed a public official for purposes of applying penalty provisions under Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act.

(2) The executive officers and employees of an institution or organization engaged in the tasks entrusted under Article 39 (2) shall be deemed public officials for purposes of applying penalty provisions under Articles 127 and 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act.
