Framework Act on National Taxes — Article 80 (Effect of Decision)

국세기본법 제80조

(1) A decision under Article 65, which applies mutatis mutandis in Article 80-2 shall bind the relevant administrative agencies. <Amended on Dec. 31, 2022>

(2) When a decision on a request for adjudgment is made, the competent administrative agency shall immediately take necessary disposition in accordance with the intent of the decision.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jan. 1, 2010]
