Where any of the provisions of the Act on the Promotion of Collaborative Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small-Medium Enterprises, the Electrical Construction Business Act, the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, and the Information and Communication Construction Business Act is contrary to this Act, such provision shall be governed by this Act.[This Article Wholly Amended on Apr. 1, 2009]
