Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act — Article 94-3 (Electronic window for civil petitions)

(1) The Minister of Justice may install and operate a window for electronic civil petitions under Article 12-2 (2) of the Civil Petitions Treatment Act. <Amended on Jul. 11, 2022>

(2) The installation and operation of the window for electronic civil petitions, procedures for the processing of civil petitions and other necessary matters shall be separately determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Justice.[This Article Wholly Amended on Nov. 1, 2011]
