Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act — Article 9 (Temporary suspension of application of visa exemption agreements)

(1) The Minister of Justice shall consult with the Minister of Foreign Affairs before temporarily suspending the application of the Visa Exemption Agreement pursuant to Article 7 (3) of the Act. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>

(2) Where the Minister of Justice decides to temporarily suspend the application of the Visa Exemption Agreement pursuant to paragraph (1), he or she shall without delay notify the relevant country of such decision through the Minister of Foreign Affairs. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>[This Article Wholly Amended on Nov. 1, 2011]
