Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act — Article 80-16 (Non-disclosure of details of remarks)

The following matters shall not be disclosed to ensure fairness in deliberation and resolution by the Immigration Detention Review Committee:

1. Documents (including electronic documents) containing remarks made by members at meetings of the Immigration Detention Review Committee;

2. Internal review data on agenda items submitted to the Immigration Detention Review Committee;

3. A list of the members who participate or have participated in deliberation by the Immigration Detention Review Committee.[This Article Added on May 27, 2025]
