"Crimes prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as murder, injury, rape, indecent act, and robbery" in Article 63 (2) 2 (e) of the Act means the following crimes:
1. Specific serious crime referred to in subparagraphs 3 through 7 and 9 through 11 of Article 2 of the Act on the Disclosure of Personal Information of Specific Serious Crime Suspects;
2. Crimes in violation of Articles 165, 166 (1), 167 (1), 252, 255, 257, 278, 284, 320, 324 (2), 343, 350-2, and 369 (1) of the Criminal Act (including an attempted crime referred to in each relevant provision);
3. Sex offenses against children or youth referred to in subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses;
4. Crimes in violation of Article 18 of the Act on Punishment of Crime of Stalking;
5. Crimes referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 4, which are subject to aggravated punishment in accordance with the Criminal Act or other statutes.[This Article Added on May 27, 2025]
