Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act — Article 15-3 (Establishment and operation of information and communications networks)

(1) The Minister of Justice may establish and operate an information and communications network for the submission, etc. of electronic documents on entry cards under Article 15 (1).

(2) Detailed matters concerning the establishment and operation of information and communications networks under paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.[This Article Added on Oct. 29, 2024]
