Enforcement Decree of the Commercial Act — Article 46 (Extent of navigable coastal areas)

Pursuant to the proviso of Article 872(2) of the Act, the scope of the navigable coastal area for which special cases concerning contribution, etc. in cases of general average are recognized shall be the sea surface within the line extending from the northern bank of the mouth of Bulgapcheon Stream in Yeonggwang-gun, Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special Metropolitan City, passing through Gaeumdo Island in the same gun; Jaewondo Island, Bigeumdo Island, and Sindo Island in Sinan-gun; Gasado Island and Jindo Island in Jindo-gun; Bogildo Island, Jajido Island, and Cheongsando Island in Wando-gun; Chodo Island and Sorido Island in Yeosu-si; Geojedo Island in Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do; and Yeongdo Island in Busan Metropolitan City, to Seungdumal in the same Metropolitan City. <Amended on Jun. 23, 2026>
