Enforcement Decree of the Commercial Act — Article 43 (Scope of documents equivalent to balance sheets)

"Balance sheets or their equivalents prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 616-2(1) of the Act means documents describing the current situation of all assets, liabilities, and equity capital as at the end of the relevant fiscal year in a form equivalent to balance sheets, so as to clearly state the financial standing of the relevant company in accordance with the principles of double-entry bookkeeping.
