"Persons prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 542-13(5)3 of the Act means the following: <Amended on Aug. 9, 2022>
1. Persons who have worked for a listed company as an auditor, audit committee member, or compliance officer, or in the legal affairs department relating to such functions for an aggregate of at least 10 years;
2. Persons who hold at least a master's degree in law and who have worked for a listed company as an auditor, audit committee member, or compliance officer, or in the legal affairs department relating to such functions for an aggregate of at least 10 years (including the working experience before acquiring a bachelor‘s degree).
