(1) Where a request for review under Article 87(1) is filed, a request for the verification of attainment or loss of insured status under Article 17 shall be made to an examiner via the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service under Article 10 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service"), and a request for review of administrative measures on unemployment benefits under Chapter IV and on child care leave benefits and maternity leave benefits, etc. under Chapter V to an examiner via the head of an employment security office. <Amended on Jan. 15, 2019>
(2) The employment security office or the Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service shall prepare a written opinion and send such opinion, along with a request for review, to the assigned examiner within five days of receipt of a request for review. <Amended on Jan. 15, 2019>
