Employment Insurance Act — Article 115-2 (Legal fiction as public officials for purposes of penalty provisions)

고용보험법 제115조의2

(1) Where any person performs activities by proxy or is entrusted with activities pursuant to Articles 36 and 115, he or she shall be deemed a public official in applying penalty provisions under Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act. <Amended on Jan. 15, 2019; May 26, 2020>

(2) A non-public official member of the Appeal Committee shall be deemed a public official in applying penalty provisions under Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act. <Added on Jan. 15, 2019>[This Article Added on Dec. 31, 2008]
