Any electronic financial business entity who has obtained permission under Article 28 (1) or registered under paragraph (2) of that Article shall, where a major shareholder is changed, obtain permission for change from the Financial Services Commission or register the changed matters with the Financial Services Commission, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, within 15 days from the date such event occurs.[This Article Added on Dec. 16, 2025]
